Excellent food from 6 (!) Stalls here. Menu is mostly the same so pick whoever is the nicest. Streetside stalls or beach view. Or in between. Food is fresh and local. Nothing fancy but delicious and good value.

Lively atmosphere with friendly staff. Great prices. The food is alright - sadly I found most of our meat, especially the ribs and chicken, to be very dry as if it had been sitting on the barbecue for most of the day.

Not sure here. My food (Chicken) was good, but especially the seafood comes Frozen and is not fresh at all. Sizes are good and filling. Gets crowded during lunch.

The house cut fries are fresh. World class Johnny cakes that are tender, fluffy, served warm and never greasy should not be missed. I was lucky enough to have the fried Old Wife. It was so big, that I had to take the rest home. The view just St adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Don't miss Naldo and his great food.

Food was good. Service was not good as the servers were hurry to serve so many tables. Ordered BBQ combo (with 3 side dishes). It was juicy and a bit too salty for me. I also ordered swordfish steak. It is 10 Euro with no side dishes at all. Kind of small but worth it as I saw raw one same size in supermarket cost the same. Drinks all marked up and can’t only drink one but need to order two or more. The homemade ice cream was good. I ordered the coconut ice cream. Hope they change the table clothes bucket as they use the same clothes in the same water for almost all table cleaning.

Great grilled and fried food. The fried red snapper platter was tasty and had a hefty portion size. The Johnny cakes were my favourite. Simple, fried doughy deliciousness. Our server was very friendly and her recommendations were on the mark. A great view during sunset.

It's the greatest place to eat local food and feel like you are apart of the island deeply. The workers have great hospitality and warm comforting hearts which they always open up to everyone. Lolo's is historically great still.

Two of us were very sick within an hour of eating there. My friend didn't even make it to the car before being violently ill. I took about another half hour and have been down for the past ten days. Will not be going back there ever again. We heard the next day that a number of other people had similar issues.

Let me begin with the fact that this place is very crowded. Due to the fact that it's crowded, you must expect the service to be slow. Now, to come here just have patience. I've been here three times. The food is great, the servers (most) do their best and the location is perfect (I'm staying at the Grand Case Resort). The menu is large and everything is extremely tasty. I usually get sick from eating Caribbean food when I travel and this was just fine. I mostly sticked with chicken and fish. I did not try steak so I can't say anything about that. Nonetheless, the grilled chicken, Mac and cheese, rice and beans, and fish cakes are all amazing!

Good experience eating at Cynthia's talk of the town. We've been here several times during our stay in Grand Case, as it offers more affordable options compared to the neighbouring French / European restaurants (this is probably the most affordable food you can find in Grand Case). The food was delicious for the most part (although we weren't fans of the mahi mahi & the ribs) - be sure to try: creole shrimp, chicken, and swordfish). Another thing to be mindful of is service: expect to wait ~40 minutes for your food, so be sure to order as soon as possible so you're not left angry and starving. As you'll find in most Caribbean establishments, service is extremely slow - it's just a Caribbean / island norm and not specific to this restaurant. We were shocked at first as something like this would never exist in Canada but you'll get used to it.

Great local place for inexpensive, local food with large helpings. My wife and I weren’t hungry but we had to check this place out because it has a great reputation and they weren’t wrong. Must check it out. All out door seating and flies are an issue otherwise great experience.

Lolo's is a larger version of a Sint Maarten roadside eatery with an expanded food offering. I had the ribs with coleslaw and rice/beans. My wife had the mahi mahi. The food was good (coleslaw and mahi mahi were delicious) and the prices were cheap but on this day, the service was terrible. The workers were not very friendly and it was the slowest service that I've ever experienced at a restaurant. They should have had 1 to 2 more waitresses working. Also, he sure to check your bill because the prices can vary from what is listed on the menu. They would have received 4 or 5 stars, if not for the poor service. Go early if you want to give it a shot.

Food was good but the service was horrible. We went to Cynthia’s and waited 45 minutes after we were told it was 15 minutes. Our waitress was so angry at every customer that sat down. Although we like the food we, we will never come back and I won’t recommend it to my friends because of how bad we were treated. Our waitress never made eye contact, she threw the check on the table and never returned for payment, we took it to the counter to pay for it with the cook who was much nicer.

Locally Owned Locally Operated Lolo, great local food. One of my favorite spots. However best to go during the day as after Irma its a bit dark for parking. Try the red snapper, spare ribs, Johnny cakes and plantains. For drinks Pina Colada, Planters Punch, Ti Punch.

We ate at Scooby's but that whole area has about 4 restaurants to choose from. I would go to Cynthia's if I was to do it again. They were packed. Great Caribbean food!! They also have some very high end restaurants on this street as well.

You want to see what locals consider comfort food? If you pass by Grand Case stop by Cynthia's. You will see people complain about the wait..Yep, because this is one of the locals favorite spots to eat and if I know anything about finding good food is to find where locals like to go. Works anywhere in the world. Back to the point. The restaurant offers a range of grilled and other foods which have traditional spice mix for this island and are very affordable compared to other places we visited while on St Martin. We had some local grilled chicken and pork along with fries. We end up bringing half of it home because it was too much... At the end don't forget to take you pics at the beach on sunset! (suck up your stomach if necessary!)
